Each week highlights a portion of the Lord’s Prayer (the same portion studied in Breathe) to guide the study and prayers of the child and parent. Each lesson contains a devotional thought for the parent or teacher, a Bible lesson, an activity suitable for the entire family, and a journal section for the child to record their prayers during the week.

Author Bio: Heather Molendyk, who is also the author of Building Little Pillars and Lead Me to Zion, holds a degree in elementary education from the University of Miami. Although she loves working with children in classroom and summer camp settings, her greatest joy is introducing young children to God's loving promises found in Scripture. Heather currently worships and serves with her husband and four children at Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, NC.
